Shipping Policy

Orders will vary in delivery time depending upon their contents. We will contact you in regards to when we will ship your order, as some items take longer to make than others.

I hope to dispatch most orders within 3-5 business days, however snuffle mats may take up to 5-7 business days

Homewares may take up to 2 weeks for dispatch as they are handmade to order.

Return & Exchange Policy

No refunds unless the items is broken or faulty.

All returns costs must be covered by the customer, all items returned must be in a resalable condition.
